They are asked questions such as:
What does OSR stand for?
Where were you last night?
What does the instruction sheet that came with the phone say?
Are you over 18?
Are you bringing a guest?
Are they over 18?
Will you be in Los Angeles and available on April 18?
Those that failed to pick up were left messages saying that they were only asked to follow a simple order and that the person calling was very disappointed in them.

On the OSR flyers that were in the kits, a strange code made of white bars matched up with a similar code in the liner notes in the cd booklet of Year Zero. A third version was found in someone else's cd booklet. The three combined to form a visible image:
(The white lines across the top and bottom and the left and right sides were added to the image)
